Pale golden in color with a vibrant apple/pear nose. On the mid palate the wine displays absolutely spot on varietal oaked chard with apple and pear, nice vanilla noes, and some nice creaminess. On the medium length finish the wine display beautiful elegant richness, dryness and smooth acidity that sticks beautifully to the palate. We paired it with pan seared scallops and it was a match made in heaven, I would give it an 88+, and a definite yumm. From the LCBO web site, check stock:
