Pale straw in color with a minerally nose … On the mid palate the wine delivers beautifully crisp minerally and citrus notes that gently coat the palate. On the medium length finish the vibrant acidity lives on nicely. This wine does not taste anywhere near as sweet as the 7g/l would imply.
