Pale salmon in color with s mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays lovely crisp dry strawberry notes that dance nicely on the tongue. On the medium length finish citrus notes and acidity linger nicely, nice and dry. This wine is temperature sensitive do not serve it too cold … I would give it a solid 88. Another lovely Provence rose, we paired it with air fried chicken legs and it was perfect. From the LCBO web site, check stock:
