Graham Beck The Ridge Syrah 2012

Inky dark in color with a lovely nose of dark berries. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with blueberry coming through very nicely. Big and bold this is a lovely wine. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice dryness, tannins and a hint of pepper and spice. I would give this wine an 89-90. Very nice

Graham Beck The Ridge Syrah 2012 — VINTAGES#: 607812
STYLE – Full-bodied & Smooth
Barrel selection from Robertson single-vineyard; spice & violet-perfumed 2012 exudes confidence, is plush & polished, with better integrated tannins than 2011. Outstanding. Score – 4 1/2 Stars out of 5. (Cathy van Zyl, MW, Platter’s South African Wine Guide, 2015) $24.95
