J. BOUCHON SAUVIGNON BLANC 2007

I had this one as a house wine at Spice. The wine is quite pale in color. Nice grassy lemon on the bouquet with a hint of sweetness. On the mid pallet there are citrus and grassy flavors to match the bouquet. On the finish the wine has a touch of tartness and is on the lighter side of medium. For a $9.20 bottle of wine it was quite enjoyable. Very food friendly. We had it with a Cantonese chow mein and it went well. This is yet another bargain priced Chilean Sauv Blanc. I am truely on a roll! I would give it an 88-89 ish.
