Bogle Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2020

Dark in color with a cherry nose … On the mid palate the wine displays some subdued cherry notes along with some herbal and mild minty notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays smooth acidity and tannins, nice and dry. I’m not fond of the herbal notes but otherwise an ok wine. I would give it an 87-88 or so … From the LCBO web site, check stock:

Product Details

The family-owned and -operated Bogle opened its doors in 1978, but the father-and-son team of Warren and Chris Bogle had begun growing grapes a decade before. In 2020, the grapes hung late into the season, reaching full ripeness without losing any of their balance. Plush dark fruit is beautifully partnered with baking spice, caramel and grippy tannins in this wine. Enjoy through 2026+.
