On behalf of Canadian Wine Guy and I, we want to wish you all a very Merry Christmas, and a safe New Years eve! Dark in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine packs a punch with rich vibrant black cherries along with some dark chocolate. On the medium length finish the wine displays lively acidity, some peppery notes, and smooth tannins … nice and dry. Not a hint of off-putting herbacious notes, just a clean well made cab.
