Domaine Bellevue Touraine Sauvignon 2019

Pale straw in color with a floral nose, in a lot of way the nose reminded me of a Gewürztraminer. On the mid palate the wine is an odd taste, some smoky notes, some more floral notes along with some citrus, this actually even on the mid palate reminded me of a Gewürztraminer, which sadly, I am not a fan. This is a nice dry wine, but it’s about the only area I was inclined to say “nice’ about. Honestly, this wine perplexed me in finding a way to describe it. I would give it an 87-88, if I had more, ya they’d be going back. From the LCBO web site, check stock:
