Dark in color with a black berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice black berries, almost blueberries. On the medium length finish the wine displays some softer herbal notes, mild white pepper and some dark chocolate. I’d give it an -88 or so … not a bad wine, especially given the price. Not as complex, rich or fruit forward as some Shirazs, but not bad at all … From the LCBO web site, check stock:
