Willy Gisselbrecht Tradition Pinot Blanc 2017

Pale in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some soft green apple notes along with some mild honey suckle notes. On the medium length finish the acidity lingers nicely. A food friendly wine with some nice complexity on the finish. The wine displays some flavors I am ill suited to eloquently put into words. I would give it an -88. Greg gave this to me to expand my horizons into yet more Alsace wines, which has been successful, this is a unique flavor profile to me. Light and crisp seems to be a light description 🙂
