Anciano 7 Year Gran Reserva Tempranillo

Dark in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some bright cherries on the mid palate along with some nice tobacco and oak. On the medium length finish you get some vibrant acidity and medium tannins. It’s nice and dry. I would give it an -88 which for the price is not a bad deal at all. This is a general list product. Sorry I forgot to note the year 🙁

Grapes harvested from 30 year old vines are used to produce this elegant and smooth red. Pouring a brilliant garnet colour, expect subtle aromas of sandalwood, vanilla and raspberry; the palate is dry and medium/full in body with flavours of red berry and cedar spice balanced by medium acidity and fine tannins.
