2015 Buried Hope Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark in color with a mild cherry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some vibrant cherries to match the nose along with some mocha. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice smooth tannins and acidity and a hint of pepper. This is definitely a fruit forward wine, the LCBO say full bodied and smooth, I’d agree. I would give it an 88+. Quite nice and quite food friendly.
