2016 Jacobs Creek Reserve Chard

Pale in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some lovely varietal apple and pear. On the finish the wine displays some nice mild vanilla notes. This is a gently oaked chard. Nice and dry. Be sure and watch the temperature you serve it at. Too cold and it may seem bland, too warm and the acidity will come out. I would give it an 88 or so. Not a bad deal at all for the price.
