2015 H3 Cab sauv

Dark in color with a nice vibrant nose of dark berries. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with bold black cherries coming through nicely, backed almost immediately by some strong pepper/spicey notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some firm tannins and acidity. This is a bigger wine that would benefit from some breathing or a little ageing, or drink it with something that can hold up to it. I would give it an 88+.
