2014 Mirasou Pinot Noir

This is a general list product. I love pinots, certain foods just pair perfectly with them, like salmon, duck etc … This one is garnet in color with a mild rustic nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice soft red berries along with some nice rustic notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice firm tannins, acidity and a hint of pepper. This is a bigger pinot. For the price it’s a BB Bargoon! I would give it an 88 or so. The fruit is not as expressive as some but good none the less.
