2015 Riverlore Sauv Blanc

I’ve been grabbing random wines from the general list of New Zealand section and I had not yet tried this one.
Pale in color with a nice grassy nose. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with some lovely grassy notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some citrus, zest and some nice lively acidity. This is quite a nice food friendly sauv blanc. I would give it an 88+. For the price it’s worth giving it a try.
