Henri Bourgeois Les Baronnes Sancerre mini review

Sancerre is a region of the Loire valley in France. The wines are made 100% of sauv blanc. Pale in color with a nice crisp nose with some nice minerality. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice grassy notes along with some nice citrus. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice crisp acidity. It’s a very food friendly wine. I would give it an 88 or so. A nice wine but honestly for the money you can do better.
