Description: Paso Robles experiences wide diurnal variation: the variance between hot day temperatures and cool overnight conditions. This allows winemakers to craft intensely flavoured wines with plenty of sunny and ripe fruit character without sacrificing freshness and elegance. This Cab Sauv will offer an impressive array of dark fruit with sweet oak accents. Look for a balanced and structured wine that will pair magnificently with grilled steak or roast lamb.
