Château des Moines Menodin 2010

Dark in color with a nice nice of red cherries. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice red cherries to match the nose along with some nice oaky notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice dryness, tannins some noticeable alcohol and lively acidity. I think it might be a bit young. I would give it an 88 or so.

From the LCBO web site:
Château des Moines Menodin 2010 — VINTAGES#: 424259Style – Medium-bodied & Fruity
Another impressive 2010 from Bordeaux. This one is more on the elegant side, with lovely plum, cassis and black cherry fruit embroidered by cedar and spice. It’s nicely balanced, and at this stage (five years since vintage) it’s already drinking beautifully. (VINTAGES panel, March 2015) $14.95
