2012 Simi Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark in color with a mild red berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some mild cherry notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some tannins and dryness most noticeable without food. This is a softer more subtle cab. I would give it an 88 or so.
