2012 3 Rings Shiraz

Dark in color with a nice nose of dark berries. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with some deep, firm, dark berries, maybe a hint of blueberries. On the medium length finish the wine displays some firm tannins, some nice peppery notes along with some noticeable alcohol. Careful not to breath to close or you will be choking. At 14.9% I would suggest a bit of breathing before you serve. That or a bit of ageing would help as well. I would give this an 89 or so. A nice Shiraz.
