2012 ERRAZURIZ SAUVIGNON BLANC

Pale in color with a varietal grassy nose. On the mid pallet the wine displays grassy notes to match the nose. The wine is on the lighter side of medium in length with a smooth food friendly finish. This is a varietal well made sauv blanc. There’s some nice mouth grip that builds nicely in the mouth! We paired it with a fettuccine lobster alfredo and it went well. I would give it an 88-89. For the price it’s a bargain!
