2008 Township 7 cab sauv

Another Okanogan wine we had at Big White Ski resort.  Dark in color with a mild nose of red berries.  On the mid pallet mild red cherries match the nose.  On the finish the wine has some mild acidity,  some medium tannins in a medium finish.  We paired it with steak and it went ok.  This is definitely not a fruit forward cab.  It’s more subtle.  I would give this an 88-89.  Not a bad wine. Unfortunately not available at the LCBO 🙁
