2006 PINOT NOIR DUNDEE HILL (WINTER’S HILL VINEYARD)

I had this wine as part of Winterlicous in Toronto at Pangaea Restaurant. Darker in color with a rustic nose. On the mid pallet this is a milder pinot noir. Rustic flavors, some strawberries. On the finish the wine is on lighter side of medium with mild tannins. The alcohol and oak are well under control. This is a smooth, well made milder pinot. Very food friendly. I would give it an 89 or so. It’s $24.95 a bottle available at the LCBO.

Check LCBO stock.
