STELLA BELLA SAUVIGNON BLANC 2008

This wine is quite pale in color. The bouquet is spot on New Zealand style grassy sauv blanc. On the tastes the wine has lovely rich lemon/grassy flavors. You could close your eyes and believe you are drinking a Kim Crawford which for me is the benchmark. On the finish the wine is on the lighter side of medium with a bit of tartness but just a touch. All in all a very enjoyable wine. 95 seems REALLY generous but I would say a good solid 90. Very well done. We paired it with BBQ pork and it went well. I will be tripping back to grab some more for sure!
