Marynissen Heritage Collection Bock Vineyard Chardonnay 2023

Golden in color with a nice apple/pear nose … On the mid palate the wine displays all the lovely notes of a barrel aged chard, apple/pear with some nice vanilla and buttery notes. On the medium length finish the wine is nice and creamy, and dry. A lovely oaked chard, quite rich! From the LCBO web site, check stock: I actually bought it directly from the vineyard and it came quickly, but they seem to now be out of the Bock … A yummy wine!

Product Details

Picked by hand from a single vineyard and whole-cluster pressed, this wine was barrel-fermented in French oak and then aged for 14 months. It’s lush and layered, with tropical guava, hints of spicy oak, and buttery richness. Pair with grilled corn and lobster tail, or butternut squash ravioli in a brown-butter sauce.
