Whispering Angel Rosé 2022

Biases aside, nobody does crisp dry Rose’s quite like Provence … pale salmon in color with a mild soft red berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays lovely varietal, strawberry and soft red berry notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays nice crisp dry minerality and acidity that stick nicely to the tongue, nice and dry. We have come to love having air fried chicken thighs and a rose to compliment and this wine was absolutely a perfect pair. So much so, we are going back and getting more. Now, this quality level does not come cheap, at $19.95 it’s no bargoon. I would give it an 88+. From the LCBO web site, check stock:
