Inky dark in color with a nice black cherry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some juicy rich black cherry notes to match the nose. On the medium length finish the wine display some nice dusty tannins, a hint of sweetness and some mild acidity, along with some mild peppery notes. There are some minor herbal notes but all in all a nice cab sauv, I would give it an -88. We paired it with a striploin and it was a yumm moment. Quite nice.

A delectably styled cabernet; the fragrant bouquet shows blackcurrant, dark cherry, violet, vanilla and cedar characters with a touch of tobacco complexity.
