Château la Tour de l’Évêque Rosé 2020

Salmon in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some vibrant, tart, cranberry like flavors. On the mid palate the wine displays some bright vibrant acidity, quite refreshing and it lingers nicely on the palate. No my favorite Rose, but quite nice none the less. We paired it with a bacon quiche … I would give it an 87-88, from the LCBO web site, check stock;

Château la Tour de l'Évêque Rosé 2020 from LCBO

This intriguing Vintages customer favourite is a blend of red and white varieties; the 2019 vintage featured Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Ugni Blanc and Rolle. It’s always a sunny, bright wine with a zesty, berry-and-citrus-driven character that works with a range of foods. Try it with a Sante Fe corn salad, grilled chicken kebabs or a grilled pizza.
