Dark in color with a red berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays bright, sour cherry notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some vibrant acidity and mild tannins. This wine to my tastes is more fruit driven, and not overly complex. Oddly, the wine is unoaked. I would give it an 87-88. We paired it with red sauce meat spaghetti and while it held it’s own it was not awesome. From the LCBO web site, check stock:
