Pale straw in color with a mild citrus nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some firm citrus notes, lime and the like. On the medium length finish the wine displays some vibrant acidity that coats the palate nicely, lingering where the citrus notes live on, nice and dry. This is a vibrant, long white wine, that you need to be careful with, serve it with something mild and the wine will dominate … This is a wine that benefits from not being too cold if you appreciate the length of the wine, or colder if you wanna soften it.
