2018 Beronia Tempranillo Rioja

Dark in color with a nice dark berry nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some vibrant black cherries along with some nice wood and tobacco notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some edgy tannins, acidity and dryness. For the price this is a surprisingly complex wine that punches above it’s weight. I would give it an 87-88, not refined, but tasty none the less. From the LCBO web site, check stock:
