Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Pale in color with a nice grassy nose. On the mid palate the wine displays some nice firm minerality, and citrus notes. On the medium length finish the lively acidity coats the mouth and lingers nicely. This is a lively sauv blanc able to hold it’s own with lots of different foods, nice and dry. Be sure and try this a little warmer than out of the fridge to appreciate it’s edge. I would give it an -88 or so. Quite nice!
