2016 Albert Bichot Bourgogne Pinot Noir

I’ve been on a bit of a run of good Pinots lately. I grabbed this one based only on the sugar content from the general list. Garnet in color with a nice soft red berry nose. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with soft red berries, raspberries/strawberries and the like along with the usual rustic notes. On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovely smooth tannins and acidity. Its nice and dry just the way I like them. This is a lovely well made pinot and not a bad price at all. I would give it an 88 or so
