Best’s Bin No. 1 Shiraz 2013

Dark in color with a mild black berry nose. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with some nice black berry notes along with some noticeable oak. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice dryness and fine tannins along with a hint of pepper. The fruit on this wine is on the milder side but its a nice elegant wine. It will pair well with milder foods. We paired it with bbq filet mignon and it went well. I would give it an 88 or so …
