De Chanceny Cremant de Loire Rose Brut mini review

Pale rose in color with a mild nose. On the mid palate the wine is a nice crisp dry bubbly with nice fine bubbles. I was surprisingly impressed. I don’t often go for Roses and only bubbly some times. The wine would be super food friendly. I would give it an 88 or so.
