Ryder Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Dark in color with a mild dark berry nose. On the mid palate this is a rich juicy dark berry mid palate to match the nose. On the medium length finish the wine displays some firm tannins and acidity. It’s a bit young. I would give it an 88 or so. We paired it with a striploin, and it went well. A friend at work Semion pointed this one out to mr … Thanks!
