Stonehedge Reserve Chardonnay 2013

Pale in color with a mild nose of apple and pear. On the mid palate the wine delivers on the nose with nice pear and apple. On the medium length finish the wine displays some lovely vanilla and buttery notes. This is a well made, not over oaked California style chard. Not as deep and complex and some but not as over baked as others. Very nice. I would give it an 89 or so. Very food friendly. This one isn’t too sensitive to being too cold. Serve it as you like it!
