Robert Oatley Signature Series Riesling 2013

Pale in color with a mild nose, not giving anything away as a hint … On the mid palate the wine is super dry and crisp, some nice lime and citrus notes along with some nice minerality. On the medium length finish there is a hint of honeysuckle and some nice crisp acidity. This wine came as a great surprise to me, probably one of the driest rieslings I`ve had in a while. It would be VERY food friendly. To me it reminded me more of a sauv blanc. I would give it an 88.
