Zenato San Benedetto Lugana 2013

Pale in color with a mild nose with some peach coming through. On the mid palate the wine displays some strong peach notes along with some nice acidity and minerality. On the medium length finish the wine displays some firm acidity which lingers nicely in the mouth. This is a very food friendly wine. I would give it an 88 or so.

Zenato San Benedetto Lugana 2013
Trebbiano — VINTAGES#: 707158
STYLE – Full-bodied & Rich
Seductively demure aromas of orchard blossoms, freshly cut hay, and apple-peach cobbler. There’s a suggestion of sweetness and plenty of flavour on the palate, with applesauce on the outset leading to crunchy, crisp apple riding the knife-edge acidity of the tangy finish. (VINTAGES panel, Feb. 2015)
