2014 Jacob’s Creek Classic Chardonnay

Pale in color with a nice chard nose. On the mid palate the wine is a fruit forward chard with lots of green apple and citrus notes coming through all the way to the medium length finish. There is little to no vanilla or butterscotch. Much more of a chablis style chard. I’d give it an 88 or so, which for the price is not a bad deal. This wine would be quite food friendly too.
