2012 Toasted head Cab Sauv

Inky dark in color with a mild nose of dark red berries. On the mid pallet the wine displays milder dark red berries to match the nose. This wine lives in the finish where it displays some lovely fine velvety tannins. The wine has some very nice mouth grip where the dryness lingers for quite a bit. This wine is quite interesting in it’s complexity. I would give it an 88-89.
