Carmen 2011 Gran Reserva Cab Sauv mini review

Another one from the Chilean wine festival. Dark in color with a mild nose of lovely red berries. On the mid pallet the wine displays red cherries to match the nose. A nice varietal cab sauv. On the medium length finish the wine displays some super dryness, along with some smooth tannins. There’s some acidit as well but well under control. This is a lovely Cab Sauv 88-89. $15.95.
