2011 Dreaming Tree Red Crush

Another one from the Toronto Wine and Spirits show. This one is a general list item at the LCBO. Dark in color with a mild fruity nose. On the mid pallet the wine displays some nice red berries, and cherries to match the nose. The wine at first seems quite mild but it starts to build nicely in the mouth. There’s some nice dryness on the medium length finish along with some tannins and some acidity. I would give it an 88-89. I think this wine is a bit too young. Give it another 6 months to a year and I bet it would be a lot better.
