2009 PETER LEHMANN BAROSSA SHIRAZ

Another one I tasted this one at the Toronto Wine and Spirits festival. Inky dark in color with lovely rich black berries coming through on the nose. This one has a lovely nose to it. Particularly nice! On the mid pallet black berries ooze in the mouth with lovely rich flavors. On the medium length finish the wine has some tannins and some mild acidity along with some pepper and some dryness. I would give this one an 89. According to the tasting notes they gave out, this is the 30th year of making this particular wine!
