L’Ecole No 41 Cabernet Sauvignon 2007

Another wine from the Calibrium hosted L’Ecole tasting event where they showcased 8 wines from the Columbia Valley in Washington. None of these wines are available at the LCBO so you will have to buy a case from them 🙂

This wine is mild on the nose with lots of deep rich fruit coming through. On the mid pallet is a taste to match! Lots of deep rich cherries with some lovely long pallet coating tannins! This is a beautiful example of a Cab. I would give it a 91 due to it’s lovely rich complexity. If it wasn’t for the $39.50 a bottle price tag I would buy a case … Available in 12x750ml cases. Wow. Very nice …
