Boeckel Riesling 2021

Pale straw in color with a nice crisp citrus and minerally nose. On the mid palate the wine displays lovely crisp dry citrus notes, stone fruit and minerality. There’s a lot going on in this wine … On the medium length finish the wines citrus notes and vibrant acidity live on … If your use to sweet Rieslings … ya this is so not that, and is a wonderful tribute to this grape! I am not a big Riesling lover, but this one is right up my alley, yum, I would give it an -88 or so … Check the LCBO web site:
