Rabl Kittmansberg Grüner Veltliner 2016

I love Grüners. For those that don’t know them, they are lovely crisp dry wines from Austria, although other countries are awakening to the grape including the Finger lakes in New York! This one is slightly golden in color with a nice crisp, dry, mild mineral nose. On the mid palate the wine matches the nose with lovely crisp dry minerality coming through and a hint of lime. This is a super food friendly wine. It would pair well with anything from alfredo to spicy foos. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice dryness along with some nice acidity. The wine has some beautiful mouth grip that builds. I would give ti an 88+
