Thema White 2015

Those of my regular readers know I love sauv blancs … and have been exploring wines of Greece. Thus we have this wine. Pale in color with a citrus as well as a hint of honey suckle on the nose. On the mid palate the wine offers some nice crisp citrus notes, some floral notes and some honey suckle to match the nose. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice lively acidity and dryness. It has some lovely mouth grip and complexity. This is a very nice wine. A unique flavor. I’m not even sure I did it justice. It’s a very food friendly wine. I would give it an 88 or so. Drink young, the wine not you :)-
