2016 Map Maker Sauv Blanc

Pale in color with a nice crisp dry nose … On the mid palate the wine delivers a lovely crisp dry Sauv blacn with nice lemon and grassy notes coming through. On the medium length finish the wine displays some nice crisp tartness, maybe a hint of grapefruit and some nice acidity. A lovely food friendly wine. I paired it with a cream sauce seafood ravioli and it went perfectly I would give it an 88 or so. Sadly not in the LCBO 🙂 Looks like it’s carried by Lifford for $23.25 a bottle. We had it at Snug Harbor.
